Drawing on extensive experience across Southern Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, the Western Balkans, and Kazakhstan, I have provided strategic counsel across industries including construction, media, chemicals, banking, refractories, diversified manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, transport & logistics, and retail. This practical, grounded understanding – forged in the volatility of emerging markets – shaped the foundations of the Dynamic Strategy Architecture, enabling me to design and implement solutions in highly dynamic environments.
As a member of the Advisory Board of the Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation, and former Fellow and Goodwill Ambassador of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), my insights on strategic leadership have been featured by Strategy Magazine, The European Business Review, and Capital Ethiopia. I am also the author of Strategic Management in the 21st Century, an e‑book designed to equip leaders navigating the modern age.
